The club does not centrally book a single Alps trip, but members who are interested in heading to the Alps together are encouraged to let people know and start discussions early on suitable venues, dates and objectives. As well as classic alpine mountaineering, there are quite a few interested in Via Ferrata routes, these can be found throughout the alpine countries, but are particularly numerous in the italian dolomites.For novices seeking good value professional instruction, the following are recommended.
