The pre winter working weekend to sort the club hut ready for winter.Clare will be catering again with lunch and a communal evening meal on Saturday.
Bring you own breakfasts and lunch snacks for Sunday.
There is a long list of jobs from spider removal to electrical fittings; painting to wood chopping:-
Sweep chimney
Yellow paint for gas sign
Quarry tile for fire floor
Frost protection thermostat renew
Front door repair and repaint
Drying room wire up
Take mattresses out and beat out dust
Remove spiders webs from ceilings
Repoint chimney
Lug 4-6 bottles of gas up the track
Wood preservative- solar panels, toilet block entrance
Prune holy tree next to hut
bramble clearance
Chop and stack fire wood (not much needed this time)
Window sills repaint
Lime wash outside?
Directions:
Follow the A5 to Betws-y-Coed.Park at the far end of the Waterloo Hotel car park (don’t forget to register at reception), and walk up the footpath to the hut.

Costs:
Free accommodation and evening meal if you work :-)The club will pay 1/2 fuel cost if you work 1 day, all fuel cost if you work 2 days
To encourage car sharing there is maximum claim limit of £75 if just one person is in the car
