Rock climbing training on the Sat with instruction form experienced club members, Further climbing on the Sunday. Let us know (using the discussion box) what you want to learn. e.g. Gear placement, anchor building and rope rescue techniques.Please bring harness, belay device, rock shoes, a helmet and 2 Prusik loops Anything else can be provided by the trainers.
If staying Saturday night book spaces directly at Tom's field camp site.

The plan is to meet at the Spyway Barn car park at 10:00 on SaturdaySpyway Barn. Langton Matravers, near Swanage, Dorset, BH19 3HG
And head off to Hedbury quarry from there.
The weather is forecast to be quite windy on Sat so bring some warm stuff.
For Sunday it depends on what people want to do. Last year we went to Cattle Troughs so people could have a go at leading and practice setting up belays. We can make this the default plan again and meet at the Durlston Country Park car park (BH19 2JL) at 10:00.
